Howard Lane
Howard began his insurance career in 2003, working for two Farm Family agents right here in Orange County. Working many JOBS (shop foreman, help desk support, software support for a health insurance company, manager for a major movie theater chain and an office manager) and not finding a career, Howard found a career in the insurance business and he has not looked back.

Christopher has lived in New York his whole life. He enjoys fishing, playing darts, baseball, traveling, and spending time with family. In a world filled with automated voice calls and robotic e-mail messages, Christopher just wants to provide the personal touch that so much of the industry has lost over the years.

Paige Drake
Paige started her career in the insurance industry at a young age. Throughout her last year of high school, she pursued the training and education needed to become licensed in NY State. She has not looked back since. Paige started working as a sub-producer for an outside agency in August 2013, specializing strictly in property/casualty insurance for the first three years of her career. This set her off on a great path and furthermore solidified her want and aspirations to be an independent agent. Fast forward 3 years to September 2016, Paige has completed her three month internship and is now a multiple-line, captive agent with American National & Farm Family Insurance. Her past experience, mixed with extensive new training and mentoring from senior agents has put her in a great position to handle all client needs from life insurance, annuities, commercial insurance (general liability, workers compensation, commercial automobile, umbrellas), or home & auto insurance just to name a few.
Paige grew up on a farm in Chester, so working in Woodbury has been a great way for her to stay local and serve the community she grew up in. She is also licensed in the states of Connecticut and New Jersey. She has successfully completed all courses and now holds the Financial Services Certified Professional (FSCP®) designation as of 2018. This gives her a more in depth understanding of client’s financial needs and how to create a suitable plan. Paige works with all clients on an individual level to put together affordable coverage plans that help protect businesses, families, and individuals alike.
Joseph Forest, Jr.
Joseph Forest, Jr. started his career in the insurance industry with American National and Farm Family Insurance in 2020, as a Multiline Insurance Agent in Highland Mills, New York. Prior to joining American National, he graduated from Sacred Heart University with Bachelors Degree in Marketing. After graduating from Sacred Heart he found that he had a passion for working with people, thus the insurance industry was a perfect match. His young ambition and great relationship making skills have allowed him to become a great asset to the American National team. As an American National multi-line agent, licensed in both New York and Massachusetts, Joseph specializes in commercial, personal and life.
Joe is originally from Massachusetts, where he was born and raised in East Longmeadow. He is passionate about being outdoors, and enjoys hiking, boating and fishing. More importantly his favorite sports teams are the Patriots, Bruins, Celtics and Red Sox.
Michele Litts
Michele recently started her career at American National as a multi-line agent in the summer of 2020. She may be new, but don’t let that dissuade you. What she lacks in experience, she makes up for in dedication, organization, and tenacity. Prior to working in the insurance industry, Michele worked as a project and data manager for a national parts distributor, and most recently worked in sales for The Hershey Company. With a great attention to detail, Michele wants to make sure that her clients don’t just have insurance, but also truly understand their policies and know that they can always rely on her for all of their insurance needs.
With the exception of her time in college, Michele has lived in the Hudson Valley her entire life. She went to SUNY Binghamton, where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Psychobiology. She is married to her college sweetheart and they have two amazing boys. In their spare time, they love being outdoors; hiking, biking, kayaking, and camping. Michele also enjoys spending time volunteering and serving her community. She is PTA Treasurer, Assistant Cub Master for her sons’ cub scout pack, and a committee member for local St. Baldrick’s fundraising events, raising money for pediatric cancer research.
Michele believes the quality of an insurance company or agent shouldn’t be gauged based on a cute mascot or catchy jingle. It should be based on service, attention, competitive products, and great communication. These are all things Michele strives to bring to the table and provide for all of her clients, new and old
